Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve
Upon your arrival in Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi at around 06:00 hours you will be met by a company representative and then be transferred to Camp or Lodge for lunch, we suppose your arrival would be at around 06:00 hours. There after an afternoon game drive until time for dinner and overnight in Samburu National Reserve.
Day 2: Full Day Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, head out for a full day of game viewing drive in this dry semi-arid park with its striking background view of the Mathew’s Range. The surrounding terrain is renowned for rare game, -long necked gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa Oryx. Leopard is the frequent passer-by. Drive through the gently flowing Uaso Nyiro river which traverses this Park provides evergreen vegetation for the wildlife found in this park. Game drives and bird watching safaris are the ideal way to experience the native wildlife in its natural splendor. Dinner and overnight at the Camp / Lodge.
Day 3: Samburu National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park
This day after breakfast you would depart to Lake Nakuru National Park first stopping at Thomson Falls for exploration of the natural falls then depart to arrive time lunch in the Flamingo Lion Hill Tented Camp. There after game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park until time for dinner and overnight in the camp or Lodge.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve
On this day early in the morning you will have breakfast then depart to Masai Mara Game Reserve where you will arrive time for lunch at camp or lodge. The whole afternoon would be spend in the reserve where you would encounter various resident animals until time for dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge.
Day 5: Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early morning game drive and return to camp for breakfast. After breakfast Full day in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents, The Masai Mara plains are full of wildebeest during migration season early July to end of September, zebra, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson’s gazelle are regularly seen, leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhino are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance if you are lucky. Hippos are abundant in the Mara River as are very large Nile crocodiles, who lay in wait for a meal as the wildebeest cross on their annual quest to find new pastures. later Meals and overnight at the Camp / Lodge.
Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Serengeti National Park
This day you would wake up for early morning coffee or tea and a snack then depart for morning wildlife game drive reverting in the lodge for full breakfast then be transferred to the airstrip to fly at 11:30 hours to Migori airstrip where you would arrive at 12:00 hours and be met and transferred to the Kenya and Tanzania border and further be driven to Tarime airstrip where you would fly at 13:50 hours to Grumeti Airstrip in Serengeti National Park arriving at 16:00 hours time for game drive enroute to the camp. Upon your arrival you would be met by your driver guide with lunch and start game drive until time for dinner and overnight in the Campsite or Lodge.
Day 7: Full Day Serengeti National Park
Morning and afternoon game drive in the Serengeti with a lunch and leisure break at the lodge or campsite in the mid afternoon .The term ‘serengeti’ means endless plains in maasai language. In the central plains there are carnivores like, leopards, hyena and cheetah. This park is normally the scene of the annual migration of the wildebeest and zebras, which occurs between Serengeti and kenya’s maasai mara game reserve. Eagles, Flamingos, duck, geese, vultures are among the birds that can be seen in the park, dinner and overnight at the Camp / Lodge.
Day 8: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, Drive to Ngorongoro Crater for game drives. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as prides of lion that include the magnificent black-manned males. There are lots of colorful flamingos and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. In the late afternoon. Drive to Camp / Lodge for overnight.
Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater – Amboseli National Park
You will wake up in the morning for breakfast then take a game drive as you depart Ngorongoro Crater as you depart to Amboseli National Park. Arrive with a Short game drive in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your Camp / Lodge.
Day 10: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
Early morning game drive later return to your lodge for Breakfast. After breakfast check out with a short game drive en-route off Amboseli and drive to Nairobi. you will arrive Nairobi in time for lunch. Lunch at carnivore afterwards drop off at your respective hotel or Airport.
